The Dual-layer Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber (also termed Humidity Chamber or Environmental Test Chamber) is a precision-controlled laboratory device designed to simulate and maintain specific temperature and humidity conditions for product testing. Key features include:


  1. Core Functions:

    Temperature Range: -70℃ to 150℃  (varies by model)

    Humidity Range: 20-98%R.H( adjustable)

    Temperature Uniformity: ≤2℃ 

    Temperature Fluctuation: ≤±0.5℃

    Humidity Uniformtiy: ≤±3%R.H

  2. Technical Components:

     Control System: Advanced PID controllers and PT100 sensors ensure real-time adjustments;

     Cooling Mechanism: Cascade refrigeration for rapid temperature transitions ( Heating Rate:1℃~3℃/m Cooling          Rate:  0.7℃~1℃/m)

     Humidification: Evaporative water heating or steam injection for humidity regulation.
