The rapid temperature change test chamber for battery testing is a specialized device engineered to evaluate the thermal stability, performance, and safety of lithium-ion, lead-acid, and rechargeable batteries under extreme temperature fluctuations. With precise control over heating/cooling rates and uniform temperature distribution, it simulates real-world thermal stress to detect potential risks (e.g., leakage, swelling) and validate battery reliability for consumer electronics, EVs, and energy storage systems.

Tailored for the unique demands of battery testing, our rapid temperature change test chamber combines safety, precision, and efficiency to meet industry standards such as IEC 62133, UN38.3, and GB/T 31241.


|Advanced Control & Monitoring

The integrated PLC system with a 7-inch touchscreen allows programming of 50+battery -specific test profiles, including temperature -voltage synchoronization. 

Real-time data logging tracks battery temperature, voltage, and current during thermal cycles, with automatic alerts for abnormal conditions. (e.g., temperature exceeding 80℃ for lithium-ion cells)


|Battery-Specific Performance

  • Temperature Range: -40℃~+150℃ (optional for lithium-ion batteries), with optional extended ranges for high-temp battery testing.

  • Ramp Rate: 5℃~15℃/min ( Linear), 5℃~30℃/min (non-Linear), adjustable to simulate fast-charging thermal spikes or environmental temperature swings.

  • Cooling System: Dual-stage with R23/R404A refrigerants

  • Chamber Safety: Equipped with explosion-proof design, gas detection sensors, and emergency exhaust system to handle battery overheating or leakage risks.
